RULES & REGULATIONS OF S.L.N. HIGHER EDUCATION TRUST (R)

1. Guidance Fee Rs.1000/- (Non practical courses) Rs.1000/-(Practical courses) (Non refundable)
2. If the Board or College or University advanced or Post-Poned the admissions or Examinations the institute is not responsible.
   
3. Any candidate who joins the Institution, does not have the right to cancel the admission.
   
4. The Institution has the right to admit or cancel the admission of the candidates into any course.
   
5. If the Board, or College or University increases the fee, the same to be paid by the student.
   
6. Any miscellaneous expenditure regarding the course should be borne by the candidate.
   
7. The Institute reserves the right to transfer the name of the student of a similar course chosen by him / her to other Universities, if the student cannot be enrolled for the University applied by him / her.
   
8. The Institution is not responsible for any delay or loss in postal transit.
9. If there is any delay in supplying the University material or Institute material, the student has no right to claim.
10. Before submitting the admission form the student should confirm his / her eligibility.
11. The candidate shall be responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of all the eligibility documents submitted by him/her.
12. The Admission form should be accompanied by admission fee.
13. The University Regd. / Examination form along with our detailed circular will be sent from our Institution in time. On receipt of the intimation, the candidate should compulsorily remit the required fee along with documents within the specified time limit to our Institute, otherwise, our Institute will not take any responsibility of the candidate's examinations or admission.
    
14. In case of controversial matters, the decision of the Institute is final. The Institute can sue and can be sued, but on all legal disputes, Bangalore Civil Courts shall be alone the legal jurisdiction.
15. If the candidates fail to pay the total guidance fee, the Institute will not supply the study material and will stop the service.
16. The Co-ordinator reserves the right to enroll the students to other University/ Board, if said University/ Board does not suit his / her admission

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Application form which is attached with the prospectus should be filled very carefully and sent back to the below mentioned address along with relevant documents (Copies only) and fees to SLN Higher Education Trust (R), Bangalore.
   # 614, 45th Cross, 1st Main, 8th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560 082.
   
2. This college is not affiliated to any board / University / Council. All students are admitted for correspondence tuition only and not for any other purpose.
   
3. Admissions cannot be claimed as a matter of right as the decision with regard to this lies with the University.
   
4. Fees once paid cannot be returned or adjusted under any circumstances. In case of cancellation the student has to pay the entire fee.
   
5. Study materials will be dispatched only to those students who have paid the fee in full.
6. All payments should be made in the Office only, for which students are requested to collect official receipts.
7. We are not responsible for any money paid without our official receipt.

Students are instructed to make their payment only through DD's drawn in favour of : SLN Higher Education Trust (R), Bangalore only.
